INFORMATIONS

All our shipments are made in packaging with no visible marking of what they contain and the name of the site is not mentioned on the outside of the packages: the name of the sender mentioned is DRYBOX.

Your parcel is prepared on working days and sent at 10am to our delivery providers. In accordance with Article L221-5 of the French Consumer Code, the delivery times indicated on the website are contractual. In the event of a delay, you are entitled to the remedies provided for in Articles L216-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.

withdrawal from the sHOP depot

For people close to Alsace, you also have the option of coming directly to the depot to pick up your order.

You can pick up your order Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

For Germany and Belgium the delivery is 4.90€ from 120€ of purchases with "DPD Predict". For Netherlands with "GLS Flex @ Home".  

INFORMATION FOR SWEDEN

Some areas of Sweden are not eligible for home delivery, but are eligible for delivery to pick-up points.

Responsibility

In accordance with Article L216-2 of the French Consumer Code, the seller is responsible for the loss or damage of goods until they are physically received by the consumer.

RETURNS

In the case of withdrawal: return costs are at your expense. Items must be sent back by Colissimo with signature on delivery or any equivalent method providing proof of shipment and receipt, to the address stated on the invoice.

If a parcel is refused or not collected without valid reason: the return fees charged by the carrier will be deducted from the refund.

In the event of an error on our part: we will provide you with a prepaid return label by e-mail.
