Cancellation of orders

For any cancellation, if the status of your order is: "In preparation" or "Order ready" and it is past 1 p.m. today, or if the status of your order is "Shipped", it is too late to request a cancellation. Your order is already handed over to the carrier.

Please wait to receive your package to judge whether you keep it or send it back. All return and shipping costs are your responsibility and will be deducted from the refund.

Please contact us to explain your situation. If you made a mistake on the color or the size of an item, we can modify your order without canceling it.
