Finding diapers adapted to your ABDL desires or your incontinence problems can sometimes be a headache, and if you have reached our online sales site, it is already a big step towards your Holy Grail !
But here you are, you may not yet be used to or not very comfortable when it comes to ordering equipment over the internet, and we will explain to you step by step the best practices and the progress of the purchase process.
First of all, you will need an email address. This may seem superfluous, but it will nevertheless be essential to receive the order confirmation and the tracking link for your package from the carrier (consider creating an email where only you will have access, avoid professional or family emails, which could risk to cause you problems if other individuals have access to it). This being done, we now recommend that you create your own account in order to fill out your profile once with your delivery information (postal address and telephone number). We of course invite you to provide your actual information, since this will ensure the successful delivery of your order.

Are you interested in a particular pack of diapers? You just have to click on the name of the product, which will send you to its description sheet. You will then be able to select the size for the pack of diapers (by default, the product sheets present medium, so remember to change the size before adding the item to the basket if you put Large or Small for example ). You can also indicate the quantity of the same item to add to the baskets, if you want several copies. Once all the items that interest you are in your basket, you can click on them to get a summary, check the number and sizes, and move on by clicking on the blue button at the bottom right "Order".
In the new tab, indicate your home address, even if you want relay, it will be used to determine the relay points close to your home. Also make sure that these are your first and last names, and not a pseudonym, otherwise you may not be able to collect your package. Be as specific as possible, especially if there are door codes, intercoms, or specific delivery locations. The mobile phone number is also important, so that the delivery person can call you if he cannot find your home for delivery, if a door code is missing, etc. You will also be sent an SMS by the carrier to a delivery slot, or notify you of the arrival of your package at a relay point.

You now arrive on the carrier choice page. At home or at a relay point, you select the desired delivery method, the relay point if applicable, and you tick the acceptance of the general conditions of sale in order to be able to proceed to payment.

The debit is immediate, and the note on the bank account will only indicate the name of the service provider (Payplug, Paypal). Your order is prepared and shipped within the day.
