As many of you will have noticed by visiting the Diaper-Minister website, we've been out of stock on a number of products for several months now.

There are many reasons for this. To name but a few: the rise in the cost of the raw materials used to make nappies, the complexity of production start-up, and above all the logistics of delivery from Asia, which are complicating our business like never before.

Some of our orders (we're talking about whole containers here) dating from March-April are still on the way. Another container is still stuck in China, as the delivery logistics have been completely disrupted. In view of these delays, which are beyond our control, please be assured that we are doing our utmost to reduce delays and resolve any problems that may arise. We aim to have as many products as possible in stock and organise our logistics accordingly.

The current situation, which is affecting a large number of sectors, is above all linked to an unprecedented transport crisis. For your information, the cost of shipping a container from Asia increased fivefold in just 18 months during the COVID crisis.

So that we are no longer dependent on this situation, we are currently looking for new factories and suppliers in Europe, or as close to Europe as possible.

The main objective is to make us more responsive and, in the long term, no longer subject to this situation.

The entire Diaper-Minister team would like to thank its customers for their loyalty. We are doing our utmost to limit the impact of this crisis, at a time when there are more products on offer and many people want to try out different products.
