Your right of withdrawal begins upon receipt of the goods, as stipulated in article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code.

What are your rights?
You may request the return of products within 14 consecutive days of receipt of your parcel.
After this period, Diaper Minister is under no obligation to accept your return request.
To return your product after having made a request, you again have 14 days from the date of your request.
What are the conditions of return?
The item must not have been used and must be returned in its original packaging and in good condition, suitable for re-sale.
Damaged, soiled or incomplete products cannot be returned, nor can underwear (T-shirts, bodysuits, onesies, plastic pants, washable inserts and diapers)*.
*Items tried on for size are not considered worn. We reserve the right to refuse a return if it is damaged or for reasons of hygiene.
If this is not the case and the item has been returned, your refund will be partial or even impossible.
Who pays for returns?
You are responsible for return shipping costs in the event of retraction.

Refused or unclaimed parcels (pick-up)
In the event of a parcel being refused on receipt without a valid reason or being unclaimed, the cost of returning and handling the parcel by the carrier will also be borne by the purchaser and deducted from the refund.
Damaged parcel
If your parcel is damaged, the return costs will not be charged unless this is specified as the reason for refusal by the carrier and a photo of the parcel is sent to us by e-mail.
When will your refund be processed?
In the event of retraction, your refund will be processed no later than 14 days after the date on which you requested to return your product. Diaper minister may, however, defer your refund until the day it receives your package or until proof of shipment is provided.
Steps to follow
To apply your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw by means of an unambiguous statement.
